Stowe House Wedding Photography – Lucy & Scott’s Buckinghamshire Wedding

It is such a pleasure to write a blog about Lucy’s & Scott’s Stowe House Wedding today. Set in the countryside of Buckinghamshire, the prestige and Luxury Country House shares the ground with the Public school of the same name.

With beautiful acres of historical land, it is such a magnificent setting for weddings, and was fitting for Lucy & Scott’s elegant wedding.

My day started with Lucy and her bridesmaids at a nearby hotel with Scott and his groomsmen making their way to Stowe House Estate from home. It was a lovely morning and with Lucy looking stunning in her dress, the rain decided to stop and the sun starting to shine, we all agreed that the day was going to be special.

The ceremony was held in The Grand Marble room with its awe-inspiring ceiling and striking columns, this room encapsulates romance and opulence. The room was decorated elegantly and with a small string quartet playing for Lucy’s entrance, it was so romantic.

Once the ceremony was over, the guest and wedding party move out on to the lawn at the back of the house, whilst myself and the couple went off to photograph around the stunning grounds of Stowe House. When we got back, we move into the Music Room for the wedding breakfast and the speeches. The night ended with dancing and drinks in The Blue Room.

The day was truly special and amazing; surrounding by family and friends, Lucy & Scott wedding was a great occasion and to the top it off their firework surprise that lit the Buckinghamshire sky at the end of the night was spectacular.

I will let the images from the day, tell more of the story.
